Post Basement Rules
No minors without supervision.
Alcohol is not permitted in the basement.
Smoking is not permitted in the basement.
Do not take other peoples things from the fridge.

And the final catch all rule:
Do not cause problems (At the discretion of the people in charge).

Quiet time will be from when a majority of people fall asleep until noon. Quiet time will usually start somewhere between 1AM and 6AM.

If you have alcohol in the basement you will first be given a warning and then banned if it happens again.

If you have illegal substances in the basement or are a minor and have alcohol in the basement you will be banned immediately.
